Dr. Roxanna Massoodnia, Aud.
Founder | Vertigo & Ear Specialist
Dr. Massoodnia utilizes an integrated, patient-centered approach and the most recent medical advancements to deliver high-caliber care across the spectrum of ear disorders. To uncover the root of the issue, she strives to understand patients as a whole through active listening and thoughtful questioning, rather than viewing them as a sum of their symptoms. This enables Dr. Massoodnia to extract subtle and seemingly-unrelated details from clinical history to shed light on a patient's current symptoms while using cutting-edge technology to identify peripheral ear dysfunction or central dysfunction, along neural pathways beyond the ear. The ultimate goal is to improve a patient's quality of life and functionality, which is optimized through a multi-disciplinary and patient-focused approach conducted with evidence-based methods.

"Dr. Roxanna Massoodnia is extremely talented in vestibular therapy, and balance issues. Upon the completion of therapy, my balance and VOR was back to normal and I no longer felt like I was constantly on a cruise ship. Not only is Dr. Massoodnia a very talented and gifted audiologist, her personality and demeanor with patients rates a 10+ and a doctor who genuinely cares about her patients. "Dr. Massoodnia is by far the most knowledgeable and compassionate doctor I have ever had the pleasure of working with...Needless to say, my daily life has improved dramatically: I no longer find myself losing days from my vertigo, ear and imbalance attacks, or living in fear of sudden bouts of dizziness without knowing what provoked them. Now, I can focus on what matters in life...Dr. Massoodnia at Seaside Audiology earns my highest recommendation and I am happy to have her as an integral part of my medical team!"
-Marta
“Dr. Massoodnia is amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable and observant and helped me tremendously. I crawled in super dizzy in with BPPV ear crystals loose and I walked out of her office, after a spin in the Epley chair, able to walk and drive almost immediately. Follow-up therapy helped me to truly get back up myself and I am so grateful. She's the best! Thank you Dr. Massoodnia!!!!”
-Leslie
“I reluctantly came in to see Dr. Roxanna after a long a battle with my wife. She has been saying I have a hearing loss for years, but really, I thought she was a soft-spoken mumbler. Dr. Roxanna made the process very smooth and explained the hearing testing and hearing aid prescription very coherently... I was taking my ears for granted. Since being fit with hearing aids, I’ve become aware of how much I was missing. And the best part is my wife’s complaints have become more infrequent!”
